Beginners' class:

Metal Jewelry fundamentals

In-person multi-week classes in our Alpharetta GA studio that can be flexibly arranged to fit your schedule. Learn the basics of metalsmithing/ jewelry-making with silver, copper, brass, bronze, and semi-precious gems.

Various tools and techniques are introduced, including drawing, sawing, filing, sanding, forging, shaping, soldering, and polishing. We will also go over studio setup and safety procedures.

Intermediate/Advanced workshop:

Kinetic Flower Demystified

Multi-day workshop focusing on understanding the secrets of kinetic flower mechanisms.

This is an intermediate/advanced jewelry making workshop. The complete design and fabrication process will be demonstrated, with many design and implementation options presented.

The participants should have good basic metalsmithing skills such as soldering, sawing, shaping metal, and stone setting. At the end of the workshop, each will take away a repeatable process to create their own unique kinetic flowers.

Available for in-person small group (up to 3 people) in my studio, or online/in-person at a 3rd-party studio per contract. Additional costs for tools and material. Please contract me using the form below.
